This week travel editor Rhiannon chats to digital editor Alex about her recent trip to Turkey. They discuss Istanbul’s east-meets-west culture and the city’s appealing mash-up between old and new (traditional tea houses and kebab shops nudge up against hip restaurants and cafes). Then, they move on to a resort on the Aegean coast, where the restaurant's chefs use ingredients from the farm – such as pomegranate, vine leaves and homemade feta – in dishes and cocktails.
