A delicious festive side dish that will convert even the most adamant Brussels sprouts haters. Sprouts are cooked with smoky chorizo and toasted flaked almonds.

- 1 clove garliccrushed
- 70g sliced chorizocut into strips
- olive oil
- 3 tbsp flaked almondstoasted until golden

Method
step 1
Steam the sprouts until just tender, about 5 minutes. fry the garlic and chorizo in 2 tbsp oil for a few minutes until crisp. stir through the sprouts then put in a warm dish and sprinkle with the almonds.
