- 2tbsp peri peri sauce (we used Nando's)

Method
step 1
marinate the chicken thighs in the fridge for at least an hour, or preferably overnight
step 2
remove thighs from the fridge
preheat the oven to 180 degrees fan/200 conventional ovenstep 3
spread out the chicken thighs in a single layer on a baking tray
step 4
bake the chicken thighs in the oven for 30 minutes, or until golden brown and the juices run clear
step 5
serve with salad
