  • 400g spaghetti
  • 1 red onion
    finely chopped
  • 2 red chilli
    finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
    crushed
  • 2 tbsp capers
    rinsed and drained
  • 2 small bunches flat-leaf parsley
    roughly chopped
  • 1 lemon
    juiced
  • 2 × 185g tins in spring water tuna
    drained
  • 4 tbsp olive oil

Method

  • step 1

    Cook the spaghetti following the pack instructions. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl. Drain the pasta then toss everything together, season and serve.
