- 40ml Beefeater London dry gin
- 20ml Taylor’s white port
- 5ml Pernod
- 10ml (One Kensington uses Dolin) dry vermouth
- 10ml lemon juice
- 5ml sugar syrup
Method

Put the ingredients into a cocktail shaker, shake hard with ice, and strain into a chilled coupette. Garnish with a lemon twist.
