A zingy, fresh twist on a dinner party classic, these crab, avocado and lime cocktails are a cinch to make but look and taste thoroughly sophisticated and modern.

- 200g cooked white crab meat
- chopped to make 2 tbsp coriander
- 1 red chillichopped
- 1 limejuiced
- 2 handfuls rocket leaves
- 2 hass avocadospeeled and sliced
lime dressing
- 150ml mayonnaise
- 1 limezested and juiced
- chopped to make 3 tbsp coriander
Method
step 1
Toss the crab with the coriander, chilli and lime juice. Season. Divide the rocket leaves between 6 glasses. Layer the crab and avocado in each glass. Mix the dressing ingredients, season and drizzle over the cocktails.
