  • 400g strawberries
    hulled and halved plus 4 to decorate the glasses
  • 150ml white rum
  • 4 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 mugfuls ice cubes

Method

  • step 1

    Put all the ingredients in a powerful blender that can process ice and blend until smooth. Pour into 4 daiquiri or similar glasses and decorate with strawberry slices.
