It's party time! Grab the strawberries, rum, lime juice and ice, then blitz it all together to make this quick and refreshing frozen daiquiri cocktail.

- 400g strawberrieshulled and halved plus 4 to decorate the glasses
- 150ml white rum
- 4 tbsp lime juice
- 2 mugfuls ice cubes
Method
step 1
Put all the ingredients in a powerful blender that can process ice and blend until smooth. Pour into 4 daiquiri or similar glasses and decorate with strawberry slices.
