Try this refreshing turmeric chai tea, then for something more indulgent, check out our turmeric latte and chai latte.

  • 500ml water
  • 3 slices ginger
  • 3 slices turmeric
  • 2 cardamon pods
    squashed
  • 3 cloves
  • a pinch fennel seeds
  • optional almond milk
  • optional honey

Method

  • step 1

    Put the water in a pan. Add the ginger, turmeric, squashed cardamom pods, cloves and a pinch of fennel seeds.

  • step 2

    Simmer for 5 minutes then strain into mugs and drink as it is or add almond milk and honey, if you like.
