Created at The Folly, this mix of pear, apple and a pinch of pepper brought together with Ketel One Vodka is a deliciously fruity cocktail. Served long, it's a great one to refresh you throughout the spring months.

- 9 blueberries
- 25ml pear purée
- 150ml fresh apple juice
- 10ml l or ime juice
- a pinch ground pepper
- 50ml Ketel One vodka
- a few slices apple
- a sprig mint
Method
step 1
Muddle 6 blueberries in a mixing glass, then fill with ice and add the other ingredients. Stir, then strain into a tall glass fled with ice. Garnish with the blueberries, apple and mint and serve.
