Beefeater 24 35ml

Aperol 15ml

pink grapefruit juice 25ml

lemon juice 5ml

ginger syrup 5ml

champagne to serve

lemon zest to serve

What to do

Pour the first five ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake hard with lots of ice. Fine strain into a glass and top it up with some champagne. Garnish with a lemon zest.
