- 25ml sweet red vermouth
- 25ml Cynar
- to garnish orange peel
Method
step 1
Combine the gin, sweet red vermouth and Cynar in an old fashioned glass.
step 2
Add ice and stir for 30 seconds or until the glass is really chilled.
step 3
Garnish with orange peel before serving.
