Method

  • step 1

    Brush a wedge of orange with sugar syrup, then caramelise on both sides on a hot griddle pan.
    Pour the sugar syrup and 2 dashes of orange bitters into a large tumbler. Add the ice cubes, tequila and Kahlua and give it a good stir with a cinnamon stick. Squeeze the caramelised orange into the drink and drop into the glass.
