Dhruv Mittal

Dhruv Mittal is founder and executive chef of DUM Biryani House, a London restaurant inspired by the cuisine of southern India. Born in India, Dhruv grew up in Manchester and trained at Le Cordon Bleu, before going on to work with the likes of Heston Blumenthal and Sat Bains.
